THERAPEUTIC WRITING

If your story
had a new page today,
where would it begin?

Writing and groups

Space for your own voice.

Therapeutic writing does not require you to write “well”. You can experiment, pause and decide what to keep to yourself and what to share.

Through short exercises and stories, writing becomes an invitation to personal exploration and connection with others. Literature, visual art and theatre can offer further ways to express and reflect.

No previous experience in writing or art is needed.
